TrayFlor is the ideal solution to making a fall in a wet area.

With a view to making access to showering easier we have developed TrayFlor with Occupation Health experts. TrayFlor allows the bathroom to be used normally but the sloping floor enables the room to be used as a total wet area. The floor devoid of steps or ramps, transforms the bathroom allowing easy access.

TrayFlor is a preformed slab designed to sit flush with the top of the floorboards, so that there is no step between the floor level and the surface of the TrayFlor. The floorboards can be cut away and the TrayFlor laid directly onto the floor joists, without cutting them. The level of the surrounding area is made up to the TrayFlor by using plywood or moisture resistant MDF to the correct thickness.

Alternatively, TrayFlor can be bedded directly into a concrete floor, with the edges concreted up to, ensuring level entry into the sloping wet area. Vinyl sheets, or tiles, are then applied over the whole floor including the TrayFlor.

All TrayFlors are supplied with a standard McAlpine 75mm seal trapped gully with a horizontal outlet. For tiled applications, plain white coving strips are available in lengths of 1000mm and 1500mm.

Solid cast hard surface tray complete with reinforcement by Eros². Surface to tray is textured with pre-formed cast hole to accept a standard McAlpine or Harmer waste fitting.
